The new product line catalog of Izoterm

Izoterm is a company which produces and trades mainly construction materials. It opened the first polystyrene production factory in Albania. This factory produces variety construction products and techniques, mainly those of thermal insulation. The company recently has started a new production line of decorative building materials. This technique was not known in Albania and until now these elements were made ​​with plaster materials. Technological innovations enable now to make these buildings decorative panels out of polystyrene material, which is lighter, easy to mount, as well as competitively priced. To promote the production line, Izoterm assigned to PAS + P the design of a product catalog that would contain all line elements, about 160 unique models. Looking like an easy task, rather this catalog employed a lot of efforts to complete. The models were designed in 3D but their finalization went through several design techniques. Models created were accurate and detailed after technical profiles to help engineers and carpenters. This catalog except 3D models contains all technical profiles and exact possible dimensions. The models, which were the focus of the catalog, were displayed over a black background which accentuated all the details.

In December 2013, the organization Junior Achievement of Albania, held the first national conference: "Entrepreneurship education in high schools". This organization, for communication purposes, prefers to create a separate identity for its periodic activities. Given that, PAS + P designed a conference logo that will identify the annual teacher conference. Logo and other promotional materials were in compliance with the main JA brand guidelines and in same style and tone of previous promotional materials.

UNI-KLIMA, 10th anniversary event

UNI-KLIMA is No.1 distributor of the popular Japanese air conditioner brand Mitsubishi Electric. It also provides services in the field of air conditioning for residential and commercial buildings across the country. 2013 was the 10th year of its foundations. On this occasion, on behalf of UNI-KlLIMA ltd, PAS + P Marketing created and managed a series of promotional activities. Already matured in the market, the company carried a variety of activities to sustain and reinforce its brand in the market. Within this framework, PAS + P designed the air conditioner family line catalog of Mitsubishi Electric. Additionally, it created a print advertising to promote this line in different media. All the materials were created in compliance to the Mitsubishi Electric brand guidelines and in harmony with the elegant lines of these products.

During November 2013, the company held a two - day promotional event with sales network, clients and architects. For that purpose, PAS+P created a design theme with the 10th anniversary in focus. The anniversary theme was used in the promotional materials such as invitations, roll up banners, Facebook ad, branded pens and so on. No. 10 was the key element of design, which was big, prominent and eye-catchy. Meanwhile the dominant color was the blue of UNI-KLIMA brand, while enriched with festive elements.

Advertising Campaign of CIT

Customer: Canadian Institute of Technology

For the second time, CIT granted to PAS + P, the creation of the new TV spot as well as designing of University brochures for the academic year 2013-2014. The TV spot was conceived as a continuation of the launching spot. The communication objective now has shifted into promotion of competitive advantages that make this university standing out among others and promotion of the added value that these students will bear when entering the labour market. The advantage of teaching in Enlish was promoted by the using voice over in English, recorded by an American actor.

Spot production was a result of mix 3D and 2D techniques. The key element of the spot scenario is a data chip that tries to convey the technological orientation of the university. The data chip moves spatially from one scene to another while appearing as a component of university’s everyday life. The TV spot aired on several national and local channels during September-November 2013.

Junior Achievement Albania, a project of AADF (Albanian American Development Fund) organized the First National Fair and Competition of the Junior Entrepreneurs which was held in the frame of Junior Achievement program in which 132 high school seniors from all over the country promoted their ideas.
In this event of great importance attended the award ceremony and the event the President of the Republic, Mr. Bujar Nishani, the Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Myqerem Tafaj and many other personalities. PAS + P managed the entire event through promotion and supporting activities. As it was the first year that the fair was held, it was necessary to establish an identity for this activity in order to be used for its promotion. Thus it was designed an own logo for the event, based on the colors logo guidelines of Junior Achievement (JA), which symbolized the fair booths. The project started with concept and design of all promotional materials and continued with branding of the TEG premises. PAS + P managed other supporting activities such as as two press conferences, the awards ceremony and closing event. To document the activity and to use it for further promotion, PAS + P produced a 20 introductory video documentary and carried a photo shooting service. This was one of the most important events that PAS + P has managed, which was delivered in timely fashion and met all the quality requirements of the client.
